Neenah Joint School District employees and retirees who take District health insurance coverage have the opportunity to participate in a variable health and wellness incentive program to receive the lower premium for wellness.
The District’s Health & Wellness Portal is called “Navigate” and it can be accessed by visiting njsdwellness.com. Eligible employees, retirees and spouses (if applicable) all need to set up their own individual accounts on Navigate.
Employees or retirees who meet all requirements of the program will achieve lower health insurance premiums. Spouses of eligible employees or retirees are required to participate in order to take advantage of these premium discounts.
Those on single coverage can save nearly $1,000 annually; those on family coverage can save up to $3,000 every year.
Three Steps to Big Savings: All employees and retirees (and spouses where noted) with District health insurance coverage must complete the following steps to keep premium contributions at the lower wellness rate:
- Complete the Health Survey
at your Navigate portal or njsdwellness.com

- Visit your medical provider
a. Complete an annual check-up with your own Primary Care Provider AND/OR
b. Complete a biometric Screening

Who must participate: Employees and Spouses
- Earn 500 Points
Upload/Complete activities on Navigate or njsdwellness.com in order to earn your points. The Health Survey will auto-populate there once you and your spouse (if applicable) complete it. You will earn 100 points by completing this. The PCP visit will earn you another 100 points. If you ask your medical provider to collect your biometric data, you will earn another 100 points!
