Alliance Charter Elementary school is a public charter school striving to provide a unique environment for our students ... which means that we also have some unique uses for our fundraising dollars, beyond traditional PTO needs.

Along with traditional PTO items like field trips, updated school and playground equipment, staff appreciation gifts/meals and classroom supplies, ACEC provides funding for things like:

• Annual Montessori training for our teachers
• Montessori materials (updates, replacements, etc.)
• Additional enrichment opportunities for students
• Testing systems and special assessment tools that give our teachers valuable information to guide student progress

Our annual budget over the past several years has reflected a need of approximately $19,000/year, or $160/child.  Below is a list of fundraising efforts this year. Please understand that we do not expect each family to do all of these things. Our hope is that the information below can help guide you in your financial contributions and decisions. Choose the events or drives that are right for your family.

Easy Ways to Help Our School

There are lots of "set it and forget it" ways to help raise funds for our school. Check out a few of the things that you can do - You can quickly set them up now, and you'll help raise money without even knowing that you're doing it!

Donate Today - Neenah Tomorrow Fund
You can donate to our school using our simple online donation system, set up through the Neenah Tomorrow Fund and the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation. Please make sure to direct your donation to: Alliance Charter Elementary School. 

United Community
United Community is a free, simple way to donate a percentage of your purchases from select retailers on your credit card back to Alliance. Simply visit www.ucmission.com and click "Join Now." You'll be able to enter your information and designate Alliance Charter Elementary as your benefactor. 

Amazon Smile
Do you use Amazon for any purchases? Did you know that they'll donate .5% of your purchase amount back to our school, just by using Amazon Smile? Just visit smile.amazon.com and designate "Alliance Charter Education Corporation" as your charity. It's that easy! 

Box Tops
This ongoing fundraising effort has collections in October and January - Save up over the summer for our first "Challenge" in September! In addition to collecting the Box Tops, there are also specials offered at grocery stores, and also sweepstakes that can be entered to earn our school extra Box Tops. 

Corporate Matching
Do you work for a company that gives back to the community? A number of local companies are happy to match your monetary contributions or donate money based on your volunteer time at our school. Check with your company to see if they offer contribution matching.
