Carol Wilhelm, President: I am a retired small business owner and I have lived in Neenah since 1969. My husband, Lou, and I have been active in our community. We have served on several boards and volunteered for many community organizations. I have been a member of the EFN board since 1998.
Dan Goggin, Vice-President: I was born and raised in Neenah. I have been practicing law in Neenah since 1989. I have supported the Neenah Joint School District as a coach and volunteer for nearly 30 years.
Paul Ruthven, Secretary: I am a life long resident of Neenah, My wife, Sue, and I have raised a son and a daughter here. I have been a product development engineer with a consumer products company for over 30 years. In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering with organizations that seek to develop our youth (e.g. Destination Imagination, Boys and Girls Brigade). I have been a member of the EFN board since 1997.
Elizabeth Alderton, Co-Treasurer: I worked in the Neenah Joint School District during the 1990's as a middle school teacher. In the 2000's, I helped co-found Alliance Charter School in Neenah. I am still fully immersed in education as a professor and administrator at UW Oshkosh. My husband, Joe, and I have two children who have both graduated from Neenah High School. Go Rockets!
Denise Burkett, Co-Treasurer: I am an attorney who has practiced law for nearly 30 years. My husband, Jeff, and I have four children and we have lived in Neenah since 1994. I serve on several boards, including the City of Neenah Zoning Board of Appeals, and I have been involved in several civic and school organizations.
Mary Alice Browne: I moved to Neenah in 1999 with my husband, Rick Recktenwald, and our four daughters, who all attended the Neenah schools. I have taught middle and high school, and I have also worked in marketing for an investment firm. I am involved in several volunteer organizations in Neenah. I have been on the EFN board since 2007.
Debbie Griffith: I retired from Jewelers Mutual Insurance Co. I have also taught and subbed in the NJSD. I enjoy serving on the EFN Board as it gives me the opportunity to give back to our community.
Kay Horan
John Hovie: I am a retired elementary school principal and teacher. My wife, Dorothy, and I have lived in Neenah for over 50 years. Our children all went through the Neenah School system. I have been a member of EFN since 1991 and the board president since 1992.
Bill Kasper: I have had the privilege of serving as a pediatrician in the Fox Valley since 1992. Both of my children benefitted from Neenah’s exceptional public schools. My special interest in education has driven my participation in many organizations over the years, including serving as Regional Director for the Destination Imagination Program from 1995-1999. I have served on the board of the EFN since 2000.
Mark Stano: I am a retired banker/mortgage loan officer and married to Pamela. My oldest son was in the Neenah Joint School District for several years after we moved to Neenah in 1992. I have been on the EFN board since 1992.
